Why Ironbloom exists

I got tired of plans written for people with free afternoons.

Most programs assume a two-hour window, a full rack and a body that has never been injured. Mine assume the opposite: a 7 pm start, a pair of dumbbells, a bad knee and one week where everything falls apart. That is the plan worth building.

Consistency is not discipline. It is a program you can finish on your worst week.

Three programs most people begin with.

Each one is a fixed number of weeks with a clear end point, video demos for every movement, and a coach reviewing your form uploads twice a week.

Member data

What twelve weeks actually looks like.

Averages from 2,140 members who finished a full twelve-week block last year. Not the best results — the middle ones.

  • Strength Measured on the five-rep squat and deadlift.
  • Consistency Sessions completed out of four per week.
  • Mobility Hip and shoulder range screen, scored out of ten.

★★★★★

I had never touched a barbell at 41. Week eight I pulled 60 kg and my back stopped hurting on flights.

The postnatal block was the only plan that asked about my delivery before giving me exercises. Nine months on, still training.

Night shifts wrecked every gym plan I tried. My coach moved my sessions to 6 am and the week finally held.

Two dumbbells in a 1BHK and I still got stronger. The form videos caught a knee collapse I could not feel.

Twelve weeks, one testing day, first competition entered. The load targets were never guesswork.

I cancelled twice for work trips and rejoined without losing my progress. That alone kept me here.

How it works

Four steps, about twenty minutes of setup.

Step 01

Movement screen

Ten minutes of video from your phone. No gym, no equipment needed.

Step 02

Your first block

A coach matches you to a program and sets week one on the same day.

Step 03

Train and upload

Four sessions a week. Send one set, get a video note back.

Step 04

Retest and progress

Same screen at week twelve, then the next block is built from it.

Questions

Before you start

Strong Start assumes zero experience. Week one is bodyweight and a pair of light dumbbells, and every movement has a video demo plus a regression if it does not feel right.

Four of the six programs need nothing more than two dumbbells or one kettlebell and a mat. Powerlift 101 and Strength Peak Block need a barbell, so those two need gym access.

Tell your coach and the week gets rewritten rather than skipped. Programs do not expire on All-Access, so a travel week or a fever does not cost you the block.

Yes. Every class is recorded and stays available for thirty days, though coaches can only correct your form in the live slots.

One tap in your account, no email required. Cancel within thirty days of joining and we refund the full amount in five working days.

Return to Movement and Conditioning Without Running are both built around restrictions. Bring your physiotherapist's notes to the movement screen and the coach will work inside them.

Your first week is free. Start with the one you can finish.

Take the movement screen today and your coach sets week one before the weekend.
